Mars Bar Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:
200g (2 cups) biscuits crumbs
100g (1/2 cup) melted butter
200g (200ml) cream
300g (1 1/3 cups) cream cheese
100g (1/2 cup) icing sugar
10g (4 leaves) gelatin
2 Mars bars
1 can (400g) dulce de leche
50g (50ml) cream
50g melted chocolate

Preparation:
Mix biscuit crumbs and butter
Pour into a cake pan
Spread evenly and press
Chill for 10 mins
Whisk cream
Whisk cream cheese, icing sugar and gelatine
Add cream to cream cheese mix
Whisk together
Pour half of the mix over the biscuits
Add 2 Mars bars cut into pieces
Add remaining cream mix
Chill for at least 2 hours
Mix dulce de leche and cream
Add melted chocolate and mix
Pour over cheesecake
Chill for at least 2 hrs
