Clinton County spent most of its CARES Act money, anticipates more federal relief in the next month

The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act was passed in March 2020. As part of the act, the federal government sent grant money to municipalities in fall 2020 to help cover costs incurred from the pandemic. The total that went to the tri-county area was $5,800,000.
