RA 11525 Covid-19 Vaccination Act of 2021

The final approved version of Covid-19 Vaccination Act signed by Congress, Senate and the President:

RA 11525, Sec 12 says, "Provided, further, that the vaccine cards shall not be considered as an additional mandatory requirement for educational, employment, and other similar government transaction purposes."
