Easter Creme Egg Cake

Treat your family with a perfect Easter’s dessert!

This special holiday’s treat, Creme Egg cake, made with a fluffy and rich chocolate sponge and a Generous amount of Creme Eggs. Yes, it tastes as good as it looks 😀

INGREDIENTS:

FOR THE CHOCOLATE SPONGE

* 5 Eggs
* 220g Caster Sugar
* 150g All-purpose Flour
* 50g Cocoa Powder
* 44g Buter, melted
* 30g Milk

FOR THE FILLING

* 247g White Chocolate
* 375ml Double Cream, divided
* 1/4 tsp Salt (I accidentally I missed to add the salt in the video.. Sorry!)
* 12g Gelatine
* 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
* Orange Food Colouring
* 12 Creme Eggs - cut into quarters

FOR THE TOPPING

* 385g Mini Eggs
* 10 - 12 Creme Eggs
* Cadbury Fingers Biscuits

I recommend a round 20cm (8 inch) cake ring.
