Never let Monday win!
Monday night's workout was a light and quick one:
2 min sanddune stepper,
Standing band chest press 2x20,
Slingshot bench press 135x10, 225x1, 235x1, 245x1, 255x3
I went into the iron garage later than normal, was tired, with little motivation.
But I knew if I at least went in there, I'd get something done. Which is always better than nothing, especially on a Monday. If you blow off your Monday workout, it's so much easier to skip out during the rest of the week. Getting any type of workout in on a Monday sets the standard and raises the bar. Fitness is very much a mental battle. Free your mind and your butt will follow!
