Be honest with one another. Have great communication skills. Figure out how to compromise and do conflict resolution. Be mentally equal. Have skills that compliment one another. Have the same passion and vision. Put in an equal amount of effort. Learn to agree to disagree and allow one another to lead. Be open and willing to learn. Try new things, see what works and what doesn’t.

When people are open to hearing other ideas, it allows the other person to not be scared about sharing their thoughts. Be okay with admitting that you were wrong. Don’t steal the opportunity from one another to try another perspective.

Surround yourself with people who are strong in faith and hope. If people are not around, the surround yourself with positive books and media so that whatever you are seeing or hearing is providing a positive message for you to keep going.
