Where is the evidence of "systemic racism?"

We have our country being destroyed by Marxist terrorist groups like BLM and antifa because America is allegedly "systemically racist." There is NO evidence of this and yet many entities support the cause of these marxists, like MLB, and the NFL. to name a couple.
