Commie Joe also does not know which department enforces firearms laws and over and over and over again said it is the AFT during his press conference.

Commie Joe said during the same press conference that no Amendment is absolute, so maybe someone should actually give this incompetent fool a lesson on the constitution or maybe everyone should just ignore the amendment that says we have to pay tax since apparently none of them matter.
