Real estate investors, particularly those buying rental properties have a really great decade coming up. More people are renting than ever before. Millennials can't afford to buy a house and many don't want to. Renting doesn't have the negative stigma it used to.

There are some real benefits and conveniences to renting. Some real estate investors actually rent their own home. In this video, I interview Anton Ivanov on his perspective on this. He also shares his opinion on how appreciation plays into the overall game and what markets are worth looking at.
