🚫 Stop escaping life and start living it!

Today's generation has any number of ways to escape the discomfort of pain, silence, boredom, and loneliness. I know that I have quite the arsenal in my possession.

But I also know that these mechanisms are keeping me bound to a cycle of unhealth....to various stress responses and adrenaline rushes.

It's not how God designed us to live.

He is capable to meet all of those needs that we have in our life that we are trying to hard to mask and avoid.

And it all start with renewing our mind and bringing our flesh and soul under the subjection of the Holy Spirit.

This is what I'm talking about today.
