Why Pelosi and the socialist left are keeping the National Guard and the fence around the capital

It is now more apparent that the reason why Pelosi has insisted that the National Guard, and a permanent barrier around the Capital Building be maintained. Their agenda is to pack the SCOTUS and eliminate and enact laws against gun ownership and free speech so that they can rule WE THE PEOPLE without threat of retaliation or retribution.
