Rumble is Just YouTube Lite. They’re Using Ad Revenue to Try to Get Content Creators to Self-Censor

Over the time I’ve been uploading to Rumble most of my content has been waiting for monetization to be approved for months. That is, up until this week.

Prior to this point, what was reviewed in a timely manor usually ended up as “Ads Free” because the subject matter was verboten by Silicon Valley. This is when Rumble bills itself as an alternative to Big Tech to those having their livelihoods as content creators threatened by YouTube’s demonetization of their videos.

Now that they have finally reviewed my content in monetization limbo, nearly all of it has suffered the same “Ads Free” fate as the videos that caught their attention almost immediately. It was for the same reason too. The subject matter wasn’t allowed on Big Tech.

Look at all of this, from my perspective it is clear Rumble is trying to use monetization as a carrot they can dangle in front of content creators to get them to self-censor. With that being said, I thought I should make a video documenting what I’ve seen going on with my content to sound an alarm so to speak. That way both content creators and those looking for content can make an informed decision on whether or not they want to vest their time into Rumble.
