Pepé Le Pew at it again.

That's a juvenile skunk. I'm surprised it's going after her like that. Skunks tend to be nocturnal. Someone must be feeding it in the neighborhood or it's diseased.
And yes, there are people who feed skunks like they are birds or squirrels.
