Clip off my phone of Spicer and Lyndsey talking about a NEW CHIP? Pretty sure it's ALREADY in the vaccines. Millions already taking the chip. I cut it off before Spicer said "NO WAY" to taking the chip, but if he already got his first vaccine, it may be too late!
