Update 4-12-21: Conflicting Information Abounds

A brief update that reflects the current situation: Conflicting and unverifiable information abounds. Is it intentional disinformation? Is it poorly vetted information? Is it rumor in the absence of verifiable data? Is it meant to distract? The current situation leads to far more questions than it does answers.
