Jumping, we accumulate massive amounts of energy. In a moderate jog, up to four times our body weight slams into our ankles, in an all out run, the impact can equal twenty five times our body weight. Instead of trying to jump high, let's first see how well we prepare to leave and how intelligently we can return. Included in this class is a look at a few deeper lying passive structures that provide automatic rebound, which is good news considering all the micro movements we are attempting to understand and map.
