Cooking recipe and ingredients:
80 g dill
Egg 1 pc., Salt 0.5 tsp
Water 50 ml.
Beat with a mixer until smooth.
Flour 200-250 g.
Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
Vegetable oil 40-50 ml.
1-2 onions
Minced meat 250-300 g.
Tomato 1 pc.
Spices to taste. (Salt, black pepper, pepper, provencal herbs)
Bring to readiness over medium heat.
Roll out the dough 2-3 mm thick.
Let cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add yogurt and minced meat.
