U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Antonio Pasol, a fixed-wing aircraft mechanic, speaks about why he joined the Marine Corps and why he loves his job while training at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Arizona, Feb. 20, 2021. Pasol, a native of Columbia, Maryland, is assigned to Marine Attack Training Squadron 203 (VMAT-203), a squadron based out of Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, which trains naval aviators on the AV-8B Harrier II. VMAT-203 recently trained with ordnance in an unfamiliar environment in order to increase proficiency in critical mission skills such as low altitude tactics, complex maneuvers, and close air support. VMAT-203 is a subordinate unit of 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing, the aviation combat element of II Marine Expeditionary Force. (U.S. Marine Corps video by Sgt. Servante R. Coba)
