ENCHANTING CAMPFIRE WITH NATIVE AMERICAN FLUTE

A campfire is a fire at a campsite that provides light and warmth, and heat for cooking. It can also serve as a beacon, and an insect and predator deterrent. But they are so much more! The trance-like relaxing effects of a campfire are well known, but now scientists have found that an open fire reduces blood pressure – the longer people sit in front of a roaring fire, the greater the relaxing effect it has on them.

Native American, the sound of this flute can take you into a state of deep meditation. It helps to slow down brain frequencies. Indigenous Native American music is most commonly noted by soothing high pitched notes of the aboriginal american flute, a woodwind instrument that varies in size and design.

The Native American Flute is also known as the American Indian flute, American Indian courting flute, courting flute, Love flute. The flutes are often made of milled lumber such as Traditionally, native American flutes were crafted from tree branches or stalks of the River Cane, Cedar, Redwood, Bamboo, Juniper, Walnut, or Cherry trees. It is unknown which of the Native American tribes created this music but it is likely one of the following three tribes who influenced the flute's sound: Teton, Yankton or the Santee tribe, or even a smaller group of people who spoke the Dakota, Lakota or Nakota dialects.

The focus of my channel is to create music videos for contemplation, meditation and relaxation. They are calming, good for helping us focus and, even a few of the longer ones, good for sleep. Times have always been challenging for people. My videos are meant to help slow our over-active minds and help calm our anxious hearts. There are so many positive physiological benefits to this.

Most importantly, because we are also spiritual beings, when we turn down the volume of the outside world, we can focus on who we are and what we are called to do. This renewed focus reminds us to keep our eyes on the bigger picture: That in this life, we are not alone; That we are made for great and good things, even if they are "small" ones; That despite all that we see, there is still something good in this word left fighting for.

Be Bold, Carry On.
