Agent Ortiz said that the capacity of his facility was *pre-covid*, 1000. During covid, the limit is set to 250. At this moment, Ortiz says, he has over 4100 children detained. By law, these children are supposed to be processed in 72 hours or less. Agent Ortiz states that he has 39 children that have been housed there for 15+ days.
He says he is 700% overcapacity.
