Was George Floyd trying to divert attention from a fake bill with his dancing? Was he just high? Why didn't he agree to just give the cigarettes back or take the fake bill and give Cup Foods another one?? He was supposedly a regular. At the end of Alexander Kueng's bwc footage, you can see the owner Mahmoud tell Kueng that there were MORE bills. And that they both had them. There is/was a counterfeit bill operation in Minneapolis. Who is behind that? The Mexican Cartel? The Somallians? The FBI? The police department? The State?
