BETHESDA, MD — truck driver cuts me off while trying to get onto the highway 2021.03.30

Around 4:15 PM this afternoon, as I was driving home, this truck in my right lane slows down as I pull up close to him, invades my lane, and then starts indicating. I slammed the brakes and my car had to go into ABS mode. I almost got in an accident with my new car. If you can't make a turn or change into a lane, there are plenty of U-turn opportunities ahead. Please do not be like this guy and force your way into lanes.
