Intense First Push-Ups!!

Here is a bodyweight workout video showing the classic push-ups. I did these exercises recently to start getting back into shape right after a year of quarantine. The first segment shows less than perfect form. The second set shows a lot better form. Start slow. Take it easy and listen to your body. If you feel pain, discomfort or dizziness, stop. And no, for those who may be thinking about it. I did am not wearing a mask because of the pandemic.
