Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi All Preserve Women's Sport While South Dakota Waffles

Tennessee Governor Bill Lee joins in with Arkansas and Mississippi in signing into law legislation that solidifies sport as gender specific. If you are a born man, you compete with the men and vice versa. No mention by any of these Governors of a backlash from the NCAA or any activist organization, just seeing the overwhelming popularity of this issue and doing what the constituents want.

The South Dakota house is not giving up on making this a reality as well. The Speaker of the House is moving to deny the request for revisions from Governor Kristi Noem, so she will have to either sign the bill as it is or capitulate to her Neo-Con backers and forever tarnish her record. We will see Monday.
