Christine Martinez | After the Battle Campfire | Modern Ronin

Today I had the pleasure of talking to Christine Martinez founder of the Women For HER non-profit. She enlisted in the Army in 2005. She deployed to Iraq in 2010 after become a Signals Intelligence specialist, where she had to go outside the wire to outlying bases via convoy and helicopters. Upon returning home she was accepted to the US Army Drill instructor school She served as DI until she decide to leave service. In late 2020 she stood up Women for HER a non-profit dedicated to helping women who suffered trauma.
