Our Bill of Rights

An old video looks like from 40s concerning the formation of a Bill of Rights. The Bill of Rights was not a popular concept among the "founding fathers," But the States demanded them. There were originally 14 which was whittled down to the first Ten Amendments known as the inviolable Bill of Rights. Most important is The Ninth and Tenth Amendment respectively.
