Jalayna Bolden, Director, Supplier Diversity and Sustainability

Jalayna Bolden is Director of Supplier Diversity and Sustainability for AT&T. In this role, she provides oversight of the strategic vision and design of key initiatives, messaging, and supplier advocacy to maintain AT&T’s world class Supplier Diversity and Sustainability programs.

She leads a team of Diversity and Sustainability Professionals who are responsible for developing programs to stimulate diverse business growth through direct and subcontractor opportunities to make measurable contributions to the economic growth of diverse companies and communities and ensuring all suppliers engage in sustainable supply chain management solutions to reduce impact to the environment when
providing goods and services.
