RS Cleveland Presents 2021 NROTC Scholarships

U.S. Marine Maj. Brian Hubert, the commanding officer of Recruiting Station (RS) Cleveland, and U.S. Marine Capt. Nicholas Hoeksema, the executive officer of RS Cleveland announce the 2021 Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (NROTC) scholarships to RS Cleveland’s nominees at Cleveland, Ohio, March 19, 2021. The early board nominee for the scholarship is Patrick Green from Lakeview High School and the regular board nominees for the scholarship are Mark Biley from St. Ignatius High School, Gina Marjanovic from Lakewood Highschool and Charles Lindsey from Cass Technical High School.
