Dallas Police Shooting Hoax Exposed 10 - Hooters Dance Party?

My full investigation into the Dallas Police shooting hoax of 7/7/2016 including my boots-on-the-ground up close examination of the scene.

Notice this short Hispanic cop has been smiling and friendly to everyone he sees... except me. The minute I start asking questions, his demeanor turns sullen and closed off. They are joking around about photos and video from the dance party they all had the night before with Hooter's girls. Exchanging shoulder patches, lots of joking around, this was a training event and follow-up cop convention.
