LEMON INSTANT PUDDING POUND CAKE

This is a simple pound cake recipe that is very moist and delicious.

RECIPE:
CAKE DIRECTION:
Box Lemon Cake Mix
Lemon instant pudding Mix
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil
Mix lemon cake mix and lemon instant pudding together, add 4 eggs, 1 cup water 1/3 cup of oil and mix up with your mixer for about 2 minutes to blend it good.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes depending on your oven.

ICING DIRECTION:
1cup powdered sugar
1&1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
Add milk starting out with a tablespoon or two to start with then, add more as needed until you get it to the right consistency.
Drizzle on Cake when finished.
