Reuben Flatbread with Bacon & Potato

Here is a combination that is amazing to make if you have some left over St. Patrick's Day leftovers. I was shocked at how good the classic sandwich was as a flatbread.

Make your Thousand Island/Russian Dressing before hand or just mix up a fry sauce with Mayo, Ketchup and diced pickles. You can add some others stuff for a variation on the flavors in the base sauce. I used some stone ground mustard and garlic and onion powders.
