Back in 2002, why did the HHS and the DHS conveniently predict that there would be "emerging terrorist threats" and a major public health emergency to justify deploying their weapons and VACCINES on the US general public? You have to wonder if they are including "Domestic terrorists" aka freedom-loving Americans under Protect BioShield.
