Homemade Matar Mushroom Labaabdaar 🤤🤤🤤🤩🤩 You have to try this one out ! 🥳🥳🥳🥳
Steps to follow :
1. Wash a pack of mushrooms and slice them in the middle or cut them into pcs the way you would like to. In a pan heat one tbsp oil. Add 1 tsp jeera and 3-4 chopped garlic cloves. Fry a little and add the sliced mushrooms. Cook for 2-3 mins on med flame. Keep aside.
2. In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil. Add 2 medium finely chopped onions. Fry for 3-4 mins till golden brown. Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smell goes away. Add 2 small chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp chilli powder and 1/2 tsp jeera powder. Mix well. Add about 3/4 cup of water and let the masalas cook for 3-4 mins.
3. Add a cup full of green peas and let it cook. Add about 1/4 cup of cream and mix well. Add 1/2 tsp sugar (optional).
4. Add the fried mushrooms to the masala and mix well. Cover and cook for 2-3 mins on med flame. Garnish with coriander and some cream. Serve hot with rotis, naans and rice 😁🤩
