Used car inspection reveals BIOHAZARD danger 2020 Ford Fusion

This inspection of a 1yr old car ended rather quickly when the car was discovered to be unsafe to drive (or even sit inside of). It makes me wonder if those so-called "dealer inspections" are even real. FYI this was a "certified pre-owned" CPO car with OE and aftermarket warranties included in the sale. Warranty means nothing, since I am quite sure that no warranty would cover this issue. This leaves the dealer wide open for a fraud and personal injury law suit don't you think?
