Dr Tenpenny and Retired OPP Sr Constable Vincent Gircys

For over three decades, Vincent Gircys was a member of the Ontario Provincial Police, the province’s version of a state trooper. His beat included Hwy. 401, a trans-provincial route some 510 miles long. His detachment oversaw a section of roadway that is 18 lanes wide and sees more traffic than L.A.’s Santa Monica freeway, making it the highest volume and highest density roadway in N. America. He investigated more than 200 accidents where he confirms that, "Some things are worse than death." 

As a retired officer, Vince now speaks his mind about how law enforcement needs to return to their oath of office and protect the people instead of siding with the government warlords. A very interesting information indeed!
