Cumin seeds / half a teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
Salt / as required
Oil / customized
For planting Baghar / Sabid Zira + Garlic + Karahi leaves

First of all, clean and wash the spinach and clean the mung dal and lentils, add the curry leaves and keep it boiled. Grate the onion.
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and curry leaves, add onion, garlic, ginger, tomato, salt and all spices and fry. Then add spinach and fry. Then add lentils and fry again so that spinach. And let the lentils become one.
Now chop green chillies and chop green coriander in it. Add cumin garlic and curry leaves on top.
Take spinach lentil curry ready to eat. Eat it with boiled rice or with homemade chapatti. Keep it with pickles or salads ....
