Info From Licensor: The video features Jill Priest who told Ark Media that "the video occurred during the first lockdown after being told we could exercise outside once a day, but walking pets was fine." This inspired an idea for Jill as a friend of hers was commenting on being able to spend time with their new dog. In which Jill replied "I wish I had a dog to be able to go out for my one walk a day with, but I’d only got Petal - the tortoise."

Ms Priest then "grabbed a bit of string, took the tortoise onto the pavement and got my daughter to film the clip." Jill then sent the video to her friend and uploaded it online in the hopes it would bring people a bit of joy during that time.
