Louboutina. When her owner, Cesar takes her for walks around their
Chelsea neighborhood, he says she offers hugs and handshakes to
anyone who approaches her. Cesar says he got Loubie when she
was just 6 months-old and he would hug her like he hugs people.
Now, that's how she shows affection. Not only does she give love
to people on walks, but also at the hospital where Cesar works,
making rounds to make patients feel better.
