Governor Ron Desantis Has Announced That A Proposed Vaccine Passport Will Not Be Used In The State Of Florida.
While Talking At A Round Table Discussion With Doctors And Different Members Of The Medical Community Desantis Said That The Vaccine Passport Is A "Terrible" And "Unacceptable Idea."
The Governor Made It Clear That His State Will Not Require A Vaccine Passport For Anything In The State Adding That The Proposed Idea Is Totally Off The Table.
Desantis Asserted The Decision Would Would Have A “Negative” Impact On The Community And The State As A Whole Saying,
“If You Want To Go To A Movie Theater Or Concert, Go. If You Don’t, Don’t. But To Require Somebody To Show Some Type Of Proof Of Vaccination, I Think, Is Completely Unacceptable, And It’s Not Something That We’re Going To Support Here In Any Way In Florida,”
