Dr. Malthouse has written an open letter to Dr. Bonnie Henry October 20, 2020 condemning the horrific BC government/BC health ministry COVID-19 overreach concerning the 'Pandemic that does not exist'.

The lack of scientific evidence to support the unconstitutional lockdown of Canadians( including BC citizens) with the resultant unconscionable loss of civil liberties, an as yet undetermined massive economic unjustifiable cost and even a huge impact on the health and well-being of BC residents is a strong statement evidencing why the Constitution and Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms must be championed and enforced.

As a physician who adheres to the Hippocratic Oath, Dr. Malthouse vow to 'Do No Harm'.

Other MD's and medical practitioners must accept that same responsibility to their patients and to the general public.
