Confessions of Darwin Episode 2 (How did Darwin survive Cancel Culture?)

In light of Darwin's views on race, how did he survive cancel culture and another Black History Month. Even if Darwin was an abolitionist, so was Fredrick Douglas, and he was deemed by some to be unworthy of having a monument in his honor. I'm not saying Darwin should be canceled, but his so-called 'theory' isn't scientific. So while he should not fall victim to cancel culture, he also should not revered either. The full title of his book is: "On the Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection, or the Preservation of Favoured Races in the Struggle for Life". You can't have the "preservation of favored "races", unless you first specify which "race", or "races", are favored. And which ones are less favored. Guess one "race" which is not favored. There are NO favored "races", there's only ONE 'race', as we have all descended from the first man that God created, Adam. Statement made in this video have derived in part from the following websites: https://creation.com/darwin-racism https://creation.com/darwin-historians-not-misrepresented https://answersingenesis.org/charles-darwin/racism/did-darwin-promote-racism/ https://sites.williams.edu/engl-209-fall16/uncategorized/the-dark-side-of-darwinism/ https://uncommondescent.com/intelligent-design/darwin-reader-darwins-racism/ https://www.literature.org/authors/darwin-charles/the-descent-of-man/chapter-03.html The following quote is from that site: https://www.goodreads.com/work/quotes/728232-the-descent-of-man “At some future period, not very distant as measured by centuries, the civilised races of man will almost certainly exterminate and replace throughout the world the savage races. At the same time the anthropomorphous apes, as Professor Schaaffhausen has remarked, will no doubt be exterminated. The break will then be rendered wider, for it will intervene between man in a more civilised state as we may hope, than the Caucasian and some ape as low as a baboon, instead of as at present between the negro or Australian and the gorilla.” ― Charles Darwin, The Descent of Man
