Project Veritas and the New York Times are Proceeding to Trial, Is MSM & Big Tech a One Party Rule?

A New York State Supreme Judge ruled in favor of Project Veritas and James O'Keefe for their Defamation suit against the New York Times. Deciding to proceed with the trial on the basis that the Times had used 'deceptive disinformation' and 'reckless disregard' in their framing of the great work done during the 2020 Election season.

Another unexpectedly good decision was an opinion proffered by Judge Laurence Silberman of the D.C. Circuit Court. Judge Silberman is pointing out how (with a few exceptions) Mainstream Media has devolved into a Democratic mouthpiece and it is no longer fit for purpose. Just for good measure, he points out the bias of Big Tech as well and cites the suppression of the Hunter Biden story from the New York Post.

As bad as the courts were a couple months ago, there is still some good Judges/Justices out there.
