The Sepulveda Dam was a project of United States Army Corps of Engineers in the 1940’s. Today it stands to withhold winter flood waters along the Los Angeles River. In today's installation of my California Coast Docuseries, I wander around the Sepulveda Wildlife Area and get a glimpse on how I get inspiration by seeing art in every little thing!
