The Larson Electronics HALD-LP-ITG-1X4-LED-D-R1 Hazardous Location Integrated Low Profile Paint Spray Booth LED Light is designed to provide operators with a powerful and energy efficient alternative to traditional hazardous location luminaries. This 45-watt fixture provides 7,200 lumens of output and 0-10V dimmable operation. Equipped with a 10' 18/3 SOOW cord, the NEMA 4X rated LED light is compatible with recessed panel mounting installations. We offer retrofit adaptor kits for secure installations over wall cut-outs or existing booth openings at an additional cost.

The HALD-LP-ITG-1X4-LED-D-R1 is ideal for use in paint spray booths and hazardous environments where space for lighting fixtures is limited. This fixture is T6 temperature rated and is a fully integrated LED unit. The 45-watt LED assembly delivers 7,200 lumens of output with greater than 90 CRI during use. A flood beam pattern ensures wide light distribution in busy work areas. This hazardous location LED light is 0-10V dimmable. The LED fixture has a greater than 0.96 power factor. Light weight and a low profile makes this unit an attractive alternative to larger or heavier, older fixtures and requires less hardware to install.

This LED light is protected by a non-sparking housing for safety. The unit carries IP67 and NEMA 4X ratings for durability in rugged environments and protection against water, moisture, debris and corrosion. Recommended for combustible sites, the low profile fixture is Class I, II and III rated.

Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation. Instead of heating a small filament or using a combination of gases to produce light, light emitting diodes (LEDs) use semi-conductive materials that illuminate when electric current applied and emitting light. With LED lights, there is no warm up time or cool down time before re-striking and provide instant illumination when powered on, adding to the reliability of LED technology. By nature, LED light sources run significantly cooler than traditional lamps, reducing the chance of accidental burns and increased temperatures due to heat emissions. This solid state design of light emitting diodes provides a more reliable, stable, durable, and energy efficient light source over traditional lighting.

Voltage: The HALD-LP-ITG-1X4-LED-D-R1 operates on universal 120-277V AC, 50/60 Hz. We also offer units that are compatible with 347-480V AC power.

Wiring/Hubs: This LED light comes with a 10' 18/3 SOOW cord for wiring connections. Operators may access two, 1/2" NPT hubs at the back side of the unit.

Mount: This fixture is designed for recessed panel mounting and requires a mounting hole to be made in booth panels capable of accommodating the fixture housing. This step provides the maximum amount of space in paint spray booths. We offer retrofit kits for secure installations over wall cut-outs or existing booth openings at an additional cost. The kits consist of brackets, adaptors and mounting hardware.
