These cases are interesting and extremely concerning for 2 reasons.

#1: there was no mask mandate so now a single judge can just take your children away regardless? This means judges can in a way write their own laws and enforce them. Thats not how the judicial branch works.
This also goes to show how we really need to go back to jury trials for EVERYTHING.

#2: kids dont die from covid- so there is no justification period. That is if you believe in science.
