Elizabeth Heng wants to make California great again

When Elizabeth Heng ran for Congress in 2018, the situation was very different. Democrats were practically unbeatable in California and she knew she had an uphill climb. But running for Senate in 2022 is a different scenario. She can actually win as a Republican in a seat that has been held by a Democrat since before she was born.
