Learn to paint: two ways to create a watercolor portrait sketch

In this video I will paint two watercolor portraits - first one will be traditional layered watercolor, for the second I will start with Derwent Inktense pencils to create tonal drawing and then add watercolor.

Materials used:
Cold press 140 lb watercolor paper
Derwent Intense Pencils 24 color set
Daniel Smith and Holbein watercolors:
Lemon Yellow, New Gamboge, Scarlet Lake, Opera Pink, Sap Green, Cascade Green, Turquoise Green, Phtalo Blue, Ultramarine Blue, Ultramarine Purple
Permanent Orange by Stephen Quiller Watercolors
M. Graham Artists Gouache - Titanium White (for highlights)
