Paralyzed Spaniard hails euthanasia law change

Rafael Botella was paralyzed from the neck down in a car crash. Although he no longer contemplates suicide, he welcomes the fact that Spain is about to legalize euthanasia and give him that possibility should he need it in future. Lucy Fielder reports.
