Banned on YouTube after actually refuting claim SCOTUS was part of election fraud

Over three months AFTER my Saturday stream on 12 Dec 2020, YouTube removed my video, claiming I violated their policy on "spam, deceptive practices and scams." Specifically, they (wrongly) claim I "advanced false claims that widespread fraud, errors, or glitches changed the outcome of the U.S. 2020 presidential election. The only problem, I never did any such thing. In fact in the 94 minute video, I only discuss the election in response to a viewer who claimed thee SCOTUS was part of a fraud. I disputed that notion, saying "I do not know if that is true." So what is the deal? Can a journalist NEVER mention the election of 2020 without being censored?
