Coffee Dose: 20grams
Water Dose: 380grams
Brew Time: 5:30-7 minutes
Procedure:
Bloom: 80grams of water and wait 3 minutes
After 3 minutes, pour from 80g to 180g
Wait 10-20 seconds
Pour from 180g to 280g
Wait 10-20 seconds
Pour from 280g to 380g
Final brew time: 5:30-7 minutes
